Adrian has held a number of senior executive and commercial roles throughout his career. He was Global Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of Just Eat from 2011-2018. As COO, with P&L responsibility for the UK and all international markets, he played a key role in the successful growth and transition of Just Eat from a loss-making start-up to a FTSE 100 company generating over £170m of EBITDA. From 2019 to 2022, Adrian was Chief Executive Officer of Dext, the leading SaaS accounting automation platform. Under Adrian's leadership the business trebled the number of users around the world, and delivered significant product innovation, gross margin and bottom line improvement. Most recently, he was Chief Business Officer of Cera, the digital-first healthcare-at-home company, with responsibility for product, engineering, data and care delivery teams. Hanno Damm Chief Financial Officer Hanno joined the Group as CFO in January 2016. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Bankrate Inc., where he oversaw corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Hanno held positions at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on projects across multiple industries. Hanno holds a Masters in Finance (MFin) from Princeton University and a Diploma in Economics (Dipl.-Vw.) from the University of Bonn. Alicia Skubick Chief Customer Officer Alicia joined Trustpilot in October 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer and was appointed as Chief Customer Officer in January 2024. Alicia is responsible for Marketing, Brand and External Communications and Customer Experience. Alicia is also responsible for strategic technology partnerships to deliver customer benefits through product integrations. Prior to Trustpilot, Alicia built world-class business and technology brands at Intuit, Sage, Western Union and Symantec. Her experience includes global and regional leadership in the USA and Europe, leading both marketing and sales. Brian Green Chief Revenue Officer Brian joined Trustpilot as Chief Revenue Officer in June 2024 and leads all of Trustpilot’s commercial teams globally. Bringing over 30 years experience, Brian has an outstanding track record of sales leadership in global SAAS businesses, including Adobe, Magento, Oracle, and SUSE. Brian joined from Adobe, where he was responsible for the Digital Media business, including the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud product segments, selling internationally to a range of verticals and customers from enterprise to mid-market and SMB. Ciaran Dynes Chief Product Officer Ciaran joined Trustpilot as Chief Product Officer in March 2025. Ciaran has more than 20 years experience in enterprise B2B product development companies. He was Chief Product Officer at Matillion, an AI and data integration platform company, as well as leading the data science and AI functions. During his tenure, Matillion’s revenues quadrupled in just four years, and the company achieved unicorn status with a valuation of $1.5 billion. Before joining Matillion, Ciaran held several key positions at Talend and earlier in his career contributed to product management and marketing at Progress Software and IONA Technologies. Ciaran's professional journey has been truly global, having lived and worked across Europe, the United States, and China. This international experience has equipped him with a unique perspective on global markets and product development. Dave Williams Chief Technology Officer Dave joined Trustpilot as Chief Information Officer in October 2023 and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in July 2024. During his career, Dave has held senior technology leadership roles in sectors as diverse as Healthcare, Defence and New Media. As Group CIO of Just Eat, he was accountable for the security, stability, and scalability of global e-commerce platforms processing over 600 million orders a year with a gross merchandise value of over €15bn. Most recently, Dave was Chief Product & Technology Officer of Induction Healthcare Group Plc from 2021 to 2023, a leading healthcare technology company delivering critical services to the NHS in England, Scotland & Wales. Donna Murray Vilhelmsen Chief People Officer Donna joined Trustpilot in 2019 to lead Trustpilot’s People function. With more than 25 years’ experience in the field, Donna has significant expertise to build and lead a world-class People function. Her main focus is to make Trustpilot an even better place to work and grow in order to attract and retain the best-in-class talent. Prior to Trustpilot, Donna was an HR Vice President at COWI for their international operations. Donna has also held senior positions at Maersk and AECOM. Donna holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree from the University of South Australia. Shazadi Stinton Chief Trust Officer Shazadi joined Trustpilot as Chief Trust Officer in March 2026. As the Chief Trust Officer, Shazadi heads up our Trust & Transparency team responsible for ensuring consumers, customers and stakeholders trust in Trustpilot, and trust in the reviews and ratings on our platform. His role covers public affairs, policy and litigation, content integrity, product and regulatory compliance, fraud and investigations, commercial legal, privacy and data protection, employment and corporate support. Shazadi brings over 20 years of legal experience, most recently as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at MONY Group plc. She previously held senior legal roles at Severn Trent and began her career as a solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland. Alongside her legal expertise, Shazadi offers deep experience in environmental and sustainability matters, as well as a strong understanding of company culture, values and responsible procurement.
