- The Logistics Data Coordinator supports the analysis, design and continuous improvement of logistics processes across Alvotech’s manufacturing operations.
- The role focuses on ensuring the flow of materials, consumables, intermediates and finished products.
- The Logistics Data Coordinator works closely with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Planning within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve internal and inbound/outbound logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate master data, procedures, work instructions and process documentation.
- Support efficient material flows, storage, replenishment and warehouse utilisation.
- Support logistics projects related to process improvement, capacity, automation and digitalisation.
- Ensure that logistics activities comply with GMP, GDP, safety and Alvotech requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Up to two years of relevant professional experience. Recent graduates with suitable academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and supply-chain principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with operational data.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse-management systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous-improvement methods is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, food or another regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
