Your Responsibilities Develop and improve our core platform (primarily a monolithic architecture) Build full-stack features using Python and TypeScript Work on highly automated, AI-supported systems and workflows Integrate AI tools and services into product features Collaborate closely with product and international teams Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability Your Profile 1–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (full-stack or backend) Experience with Python and/or TypeScript Interest in working across the full stack Curiosity for AI-driven development and automation Pragmatic mindset with a focus on solving real problems Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with AI tools, APIs, or automation workflows Exposure to monolithic architectures Experience in product-focused teams What We Offer Monthly salary of 9.000 - 17.000 PLN Hybrid work model Private health care Multisport Card Work on AI-powered products with real business impact International and fast-growing environment Career growth and learning opportunities Apply or Apply with Indeed Share job
